红壤丘岗缓坡地是我国重要的后备耕地资源。就整个区域而言 ,降雨总量能基本满足坡地农业开发的需求。然而 ,由于红壤区降雨的时空分配不均 ,土壤结构性差、保水能力弱 ,季节性干旱缺水将阻碍坡地农业的开发利用。以蓄水引水工程建设为基础 ,生态节水技术与科学的农艺栽培措施相结合 ,改善土壤结构 ,增强土壤持蓄水能力 ,实施农林草复合经营 ,提高坡地径流水的积蓄循环再利用率 ,是降低红壤丘岗区季节性干旱危害 ,促进坡地农业健康稳步发展的必要前提
Hilly gentle slope in red soil is an important reserve of arable land in our country. For the entire region, the total amount of rainfall can basically meet the needs of agricultural development on the slopes. However, due to uneven temporal-spatial distribution of rainfall in the red soil region, poor soil structure and poor water retention capacity, seasonal drought and water shortage will hinder the development and utilization of agricultural landside. Based on the construction of water diversion project, ecological water-saving technology and scientific agronomic cultivation measures are combined to improve the soil structure, enhance the soil holding water capacity, implement the compound management of agriculture, forestry and grass, and improve the savings and recycling rate of runoff water in slope lands. Is a necessary prerequisite to reduce the seasonal drought hazards in the hilly area of red soil and promote the healthy and steady development of agriculture on the slope
