探讨糖微康胶囊对糖尿病模型大鼠的疗效及保护其肾脏结构和功能的机理。结果表明糖微康可显著降低糖尿病大鼠血浆内皮素 (ET- 1)和血清 型胶原蛋白 (CL- )水平 ,降低血浆心钠素 (ANP)和血管紧张素 (AT 、AT )水平 ,调节血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )和 6 -酮前列环素 (6 - keto- PGF1a)的动态平衡
To explore the efficacy of Tangweikang capsule on diabetic model rats and the mechanism of protecting kidney structure and function. The results showed that Tangweikang significantly reduced the levels of plasma endothelin (ET-1) and serotype collagen (CL-) in diabetic rats and decreased the levels of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and angiotensin (AT, AT).
