钢板桩围堰施工一直沿用传统的先抽水后加撑的施工工序,对钢板桩变形和抽水时间控制不利。以广州蕉门水道大桥主墩承台钢板桩围堰为背景,打破传统施工工序,先焊接好5层内支撑框架体系,然后插打钢板桩。该施工工序大大缩短了抽水时间,减少了风险工期,并较好地控制钢板桩的变形。对比计算结果和工程监测数据,验证了此工序的优势。
The construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam has been following the traditional construction process of raising first and then supporting, which is unfavorable to the deformation and pumping time control of sheet piles. With the background of steel sheet pile cofferdam of the main pier cap of Guangzhou Jiaomen Channel Bridge as the background, the traditional construction procedure is broken. The inner support frame system of five layers is welded first and then the steel sheet pile is inserted. The construction process greatly shortens the pumping time, reducing the risk of construction period, and better control of steel sheet pile deformation. Comparing the calculation results with the project monitoring data, the advantages of this procedure are verified.
