该文围绕供给侧结构性改革在能源方面的应用实施,从理论层面和政治角度分析了供给侧改革会给黑龙江省经济所带来的影响。首先,该文主要介绍了黑龙江省能源产业的现状,之后对供给侧改革的实施对于黑龙江省能源方面的具体实行计划和将会达到的效果做了相应的阐述,主要是针对能源供给侧改革对黑龙江省经济的推动方面,提出了关于能源转型,供给制度改革,黑龙江省丝路带战略等具体的想法。
This paper focuses on the application of energy supply side structural reforms in energy and analyzes the impact of supply-side reforms on the economy of Heilongjiang Province from the theoretical and political perspectives. First of all, this article mainly introduces the current situation of energy industry in Heilongjiang Province, and then elaborates the implementation of the supply-side reform on the concrete implementation plan and the effect that will be achieved in Heilongjiang Province’s energy field. It mainly focuses on the energy supply-side reform Heilongjiang Province to promote the economy, put forward specific proposals on energy restructuring, reform of the supply system, Heilongjiang Silk Road with strategy.
