在市场经济条件下,信息化建设技术飞速发展,成为我国的现代化建设的重要方面,邓小平同志提出的“开发信息资源,服务四化建设”、江泽民总书记“四个现代化,哪一化也离不开信息化”,中共中央、国务院《关于加速科学技术进步的决定》及《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要》等重要指示和文件,为我国的信息化建设提供了良好的的发展环境,我们对这一环境特别珍惜,对信息化建设技术的动态进行研究,以对我国信息化建设技术有所裨益。
Under the conditions of a market economy, the rapid development of information technology has become an important aspect of our country’s modernization. We cherish this environment in particular and study the dynamics of information technology. This will benefit our information technology.
