中枢神经系统损伤后轴突再生失败的关键性因素是微环境的抑制作用,目前已经证实存在于微环境的抑制分子主要是髓磷脂抑制分子,如Nogo-A、髓鞘相关糖蛋白和少突胶质细胞/髓鞘糖蛋白,现阶段对轴突再生抑制分子及其下游信号分子的进一步了解和证实为中枢神经系统损伤的治疗指示了新的思路和方向。本文着重对Nogo-A及其信号转导通路各个层面的研究概况作一综述。
The key factor of axonal regeneration failure after central nervous system injury is the inhibition of microenvironment. This article focuses on the overview of Nogo-A and its various aspects of signal transduction pathways.
