目的:探索保幼激素Ⅲ(JH3)对滞育三带喙库蚊卵巢滤泡和体内RNA变化的影响。方法:短光照和低温联合作用导致三带喙库蚊滞育后,用2ppm0.5ul或3ppm0.5ul/蚊外源JH3点滴处理,观察卵巢滤泡发育情况,并测定蚊体内RNA和卵巢内蛋白质含量的变化。结果:低温和短光照引起三带喙库蚊滞育后,卵巢滤泡发育受到抑制,体内RNA的含量明显减少,JH3处理可诱导部分滞育的三带喙库蚊转入发育状态,解除滞育的个体卵巢第一滤泡增大,体内RNA含量增加,但对卵巢蛋白的含量没有影响。结论:JH3可诱导滞育三带喙库蚊卵巢发育,体内RNA合成增加。
Objective: To explore the effect of juvenile hormone Ⅲ (JH3) on the changes of ovarian follicles and the changes of RNA in Culex. Methods: Short-term exposure to light and low temperature resulted in the diapause of Culex tritaeniorhynchus.
