基于S~(2-)对固定于增塑的聚氯乙烯膜上的荧光素汞的荧光熄灭,研制了S~(2-)选择性光化学敏感膜。该膜测定S~(2-)的浓度范围为10~(-9)mol/L~10~(-6)mol/L,其荧光信号具有选择性强、重现性高且可逆的特点,适用于水相中硫化物的测定。
Based on S ~ (2-) fluorescence quenching of fluorescein-mercury immobilized on plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, a S 2 -selective photochemically sensitive film was developed. The concentration of S ~ (2-) in the membrane ranged from 10 ~ (-9) mol / L ~ 10 ~ (-6) mol / L. The fluorescence signal was characterized by its strong selectivity and reproducibility and reversibility. Suitable for the determination of sulfide in aqueous phase.
