当前共产党同人民群众血肉联系的性质没有变,但在全面改革和发展社会主义市场经济新的历史条件下,党群关系所面临的客观环境、任务等和过去相比确有很大不同。应以新的视角,探索性的进一步密切新时期党群关系。
The nature of the flesh-and-blood ties between the Communist Party and the people has not changed at all. However, under the new historical conditions of the complete reform and development of the socialist market economy, the objective environment and tasks confronting the party-masses relations are indeed quite different from the past. A New Perspective Should Be Explored to Further Close the Relationship between the Party and the Masses in the New Era.
