建立了尿中MDMA的液液提取、二氯乙酰衍生化、NPD检测的气相色谱分析方法。方法操作简便快速,提取率90%以上,检出限为9ng/mL,尿中MDMA浓度50-2000ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98.8%±8%(Mean±CV),方法适用吸毒者尿分析。
The liquid-liquid extraction of MDMA in urine and the derivatization of dichloroacetyl and the gas chromatographic analysis of NPD were established. The method was simple and rapid in operation. The extraction rate was over 90%, the detection limit was 9ng / mL and the urinary MDMA concentration was in the range of 50-2000ng / mL.
