本文对在加强大学生思想政治工作队伍中如何加强辅导员队伍、班主任队伍、学生工作队伍建设进行了阐述。强调了学校党委在思想政治工作队伍建设中的领导作用,提出了把学生工作队伍建设纳入高职院校思想政治工作队伍的主体,必须加强党团组织在思想政治工作队伍中的组织、政治作用。
This article elaborates how to strengthen the construction of counselor team, team leader team and student work team in strengthening ideological and political work team of undergraduates. It emphasizes the leading role of school party committees in the ideological and political workforce construction and puts forward the main body that incorporates student work team construction into the ideological and political work team of higher vocational colleges. It is imperative to strengthen the organizational and political roles of the caucus and the contingents in the ideological and political workforce.
