近年来,越来越多的企业选择到海外上市,海外上市在给上市公司带来资金和国际化的同时,也对其公司治理模式产生了巨大的影响。本文拟从各国公司治理模式的差异出发,着重分析由海外上市的公司治理模式差异而产生的对海外上市公司治理的影响,从而为我国准备海外上市的公司提供一些参考。
In recent years, more and more enterprises choose to go overseas for listing. While overseas listing brings capital and internationalization to listed companies, it also exerts a tremendous influence on the corporate governance model. Based on the differences among the corporate governance models in various countries, this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of corporate governance listed overseas on the governance of overseas listed companies, and thus provides some reference for our country to prepare overseas listed companies.
