目的 研究人精浆免疫抑制因子 (SPIF)、精液pH值及液化时间与解脲支原体 (ureaplasmaurealyticum ,UU )感染之间的相关性。方法 选取不孕门诊男性就诊者 ,检测精液常规指标及精浆中SPIF活性、精液pH值及精液液化时间 ,上述检测指标正常者作为对照组 ,有 1项异常者做为异常组 ,分别检测精液UU感染率。结果 不育男性中SPIF活性超强、低下 ,精液 pH值异常及液化时间异常的精液UU感染阳性率分别为 62 8% ,63 6% ,80 %及62 1% ,均显著高于对照组男性精液UU感染阳性率 (3 9% )。结论 SPIF活性异常、精液 pH值改变及液化时间延长与UU感染密切相关 ,UU感染可能影响精子质量 ,导致男性不育
Objective To study the correlation between human seminal plasma immunosuppressive factor (SPIF), semen pH and liquefaction time and ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection. Methods Male infertility clinics were selected, routine indexes of semen and SPIF activity in seminal plasma, pH value of seminal fluid and liquefaction time of seminal fluid were measured. Normal subjects with the above indexes were used as control group, and 1 abnormal group was taken as abnormal group. Semen UU infection rate. Results The positive rate of semen UU infection in patients with abnormal SPIF activity, low esophageal sperm motility and semen liquefaction time in infertile men were 62.8%, 63.6%, 80% and 62.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group The positive rate of semen UU infection (39%). Conclusions The abnormal SPIF activity, the change of seminal fluid pH and the prolongation of liquefaction time are closely related to UU infection. UU infection may affect sperm quality and lead to male infertility
