使用有害元素含量极低的铁水以转炉+LF炉+RH+CC+800/650轧机的工艺生产高等级轴承钢。因采用了连铸全程保护浇注、结晶器电磁搅拌、气雾冷却和末端轻压下等技术,所以生产出的连铸坯的成分和组织均匀,并且减少了偏析和裂纹倾向。通过在转炉中加入铬铁吹炼去除合金中的钛,并且钢水中氮含量很低,最大程度降低了钛的危害。所生产轴承钢达到瑞典的SKF标准。
