近翻阅潘守正回忆文稿,从一位老民主党派(民革)成员角度,从一个侧面亦可了解、感受到福州在1949年“八·一七”前后那段历史转折时期的一鳞半爪。先祖父当时在旧省府民政厅任职,解放后任陈绍宽副省长秘书及省文史馆第一批馆员。其中提到“八·一七”那天省民政厅的接收情况、陈绍宽“出山”经过。祖父写道: 1946年,仙游人郑杰民受任省民政厅长,此时国民党政权已摇摇欲坠,离任后即由袁国钦接代,其时长江天堑已被突破,解放大军一路南下,势如破竹。1949年临近“八·一七”福州解放前夕,袁先将眷属送往台湾,民政厅内人心惶惶。此时解放大军兵临福州城下,形势急迫,各方尤其是中共地下工作人员多次与我接洽(我当时任民政厅主任秘书,此前任福建参议会
