燃料再燃是诸多炉内脱氮方法中最有效且有前途的技术之一。选用 5种煤 ,在大型一维热态试验炉上对超细煤粉再燃降低NOx 的排放进行了大量的试验研究 ,得出了煤粉细度、再燃量、再燃温度及再燃区停留时间等因素对NOx 排放的影响规律 ,为超细粉降低NOx 排放提供了试验和理论依据
Fuel reburning is one of the most effective and promising technologies for many in-furnace denitrification processes. In this paper, a large number of experiments were conducted on large-scale one-dimensional thermal test furnaces to reduce NOx emission after reburning with pulverized coal, and the fineness, reburn amount, reburn temperature and residence time of the reburning zone were obtained The influence of factors on NOx emission provides the experimental and theoretical basis for the reduction of NOx emission by ultrafine powder
