张西超,北京师范大学心理学院副教授,北京易普斯企业咨询服务中心首席顾问,美国管理学术学会会员,主攻心理咨询和心理测量专业、人力资源与管理心理专业,重点研究职业心理健康、压力管理、积极情绪、员工帮助计划(EAP)、组织支持等课题。作为国内最早关注、研究西方企业员工帮助计划发展理论、实务经验的心理学专家和推动员工帮助计划本土化进程的领军人物,主持、指导开发了既具有国际服务水平,又符合中国实际情况的“中国E A P模式”。

As the earliest concern, the study of western enterprise staff to help plan the development of theory, practical experience in psychology experts and promote staff to help plan the process of localization leader, presided over and directed the development of both international service level, but also in line with China’s actual situation “China EAP model ”.
