我国实行九年义务教育,小学升初中不是择优录取,而是按数额直接升入初中。学生的家庭背景不一,而初中正是其生理、心理快速成长的时期,因此,班主任对初中生的管理就变得很难。在初中班级中,几乎每一个班级中都会有一些学困生,都会有一些调皮、捣蛋的学生,有些学习态度不积极的学生。而为了促进学生的全面发展,提高教学质量,初中班主任就需要做好学困生的转化工作。本文分析学困生转化难的原因,并探讨如何提高学困生转化效率的策略。
