最近国务院颁布的《关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》把“引导非公立医疗机构向高水平、规模化方向发展”作为大力发展医疗服务,优化医疗服务资源配置的主要任务。民营医院是市场经济的产物,可起到优化卫生资源配置,减轻政府财务负担,筹备社会资金发展卫生事业,引入竞争机制、改善服务、提高医疗服务质量和水平的积极作用。经过30年左右的发展,民营医院从无到有、从小到大,目前已成为我国医疗卫生事业
Recently, the “Opinions on Promoting the Development of Health Services” promulgated by the State Council regarded “stepping up the development of non-public medical institutions toward a high level and large scale” as the major task of vigorously developing medical services and optimizing the allocation of medical service resources. Private hospitals are the product of the market economy and can play an active role in optimizing the allocation of health resources, reducing the government’s financial burden, preparing social funds for health promotion, introducing competition mechanisms, improving services and improving the quality and level of medical services. After 30 years of development, private hospitals grow from scratch, from small to large, has now become China’s medical and health undertakings
