本试验是用烧结熔融制样法,采用高温显微镜观察和测定样品的固相线和液相线的温度,对La_2O_3——CaF_2二元系的一系列配比成分的样品进行了测试。绘制了在一个大气压下La_2O_3——CaF_2二元系的相图。得出该二元系在液态下是完全互溶而在固态下是完全不互溶的,是一生成共晶混合物的二元系。其共晶温度为1394℃,共晶组成为12%La_2O_3和88%CaF_2。 通过样品的岩相观察,证实了在固态情况下La_2O_3和CaF_2为互不相溶的独立的两个相。通过电子探针微区分析,更进一步证实了La_2O_3和CaF_2在固态情况下为互不相溶的独立的两个相。
In this experiment, samples of La 2 O 3 - CaF 2 binary series were tested by means of sintering melting method and observation of the solidus and liquidus temperature by high temperature microscope. The phase diagram of La_2O_3 - CaF_2 binary system at one atmospheric pressure was plotted. It is concluded that the binary system is completely miscible in the liquid state and completely immiscible in the solid state and is a binary system that produces a eutectic mixture. The eutectic temperature is 1394 ℃, and the eutectic composition is 12% La 2 O 3 and 88% CaF 2. Through the observation of the facies of the samples, it is confirmed that La2O3 and CaF2 are independent two phases in the solid state. By electron probe microanalysis, further confirmed two independent La_2O_3 and CaF_2 in the solid state are independent of each other.
