我国商业体制的改革已进行了多年,取得了显著的成效。但是在商业所有制形式与商业企业活力,商品流通的宏观管理与完善市场机制等方面,仍要进行改革的探索。这是理论界和实际工作者的共同任务。本文拟就商业企业当前所面临的两权分离问题进行探讨:首先,分析公有制经营形式单一化的弊端及其与商品经济的不相适应性;其次,论述两权分离的发展规律;最后,探讨两权分离的若干具体形式。
The reform of China’s commercial system has been going on for many years and has achieved remarkable results. However, we still have to carry out the exploration of reform in terms of the forms of commercial ownership and the viability of commercial enterprises, the macro-management of commodity circulation and the improvement of market mechanisms. This is the common task of both theorists and practitioners. This thesis intends to discuss the separation of ownership and right that commercial enterprises are facing nowadays: Firstly, it analyzes the disadvantages of the simplification of the public-owned management form and its incompatibility with the commodity economy; secondly, discusses the law of development of the separation of the two rights; finally, Several specific forms of separation of powers.
