机械式制冷已是矿井热害治理的主要措施,冰输冷矿井空调系统是机械式制冷的发展趋势。本文首先论述了冰输冷的优越性及冰输冷矿井空调系统的运行方式及特点。其次,从能量角度出发,对冰输冷矿井空调系统的运行经济性进行了分析。最后,分析了冰输冷矿井空调系统的薄弱环节和改进方法,揭示了系统中的能量损失的原因所在,并为冰输冷矿井空调系统的优化设计提出了指导性建议。
Mechanical refrigeration has been the main measure for thermal management of mine, and the air-cooled system of the ice transport cold mine is the development trend of mechanical refrigeration. This paper firstly discusses the superiority of ice transportation and the operating mode and characteristics of air-cooling system of ice transportation mine. Secondly, from the energy point of view, the operating economics of the air-conditioning system of ice-cooled mine are analyzed. Finally, the weak links and improvement methods of air-conditioning system in ice-cooled mine are analyzed, the reason of energy loss in the system is revealed, and some suggestions are put forward for the optimization design of air-cooling system in ice-cooled mine.
