在分析中石化原油供应链的运行特征的基础上,运用AHP、相关性分析、主成分分析等方法,对影响中石化原油供应链绩效的因素进行量化分析,进而构建出由战略协同、资源富余能力、需求满足程度、服务质量、采购数量、资金支持和政治融洽这7个指标构成的原油供应链绩效评价指标体系。该指标体系的构建为中石化原油供应链的绩效评价以及供应链优化奠定了基础。
Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of Sinopec crude oil supply chain, this paper uses AHP, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and other methods to quantitatively analyze the factors influencing the performance of Sinopec Crude Oil Supply Chain, and then builds the strategic cooperation, Demand satisfaction, quality of service, procurement quantity, financial support and political harmony of these seven indicators of the performance of the oil supply chain performance evaluation system. The construction of this index system laid the foundation for the performance evaluation of Sinopec crude oil supply chain and the optimization of supply chain.
