滚轮滑轨是飞机襟缝翼的关键元件,有效的开展针对滚轮滑轨的新型静电监测技术研究具有重要的现实意义,滚轮滑轨静电传感器是静电监测系统的前端,是获取被测参数的首要环节。为此,从摩擦磨损的致电机理和测量原理出发,结合滚轮滑轨的结构和使用特点,首先研究了静电传感器的测量模型与结构设计,然后采用有限元技术,进行了滚轮滑轨的静电传感器有限元仿真分析研究,从而为滚轮滑轨静电监测系统的进一步研究和应用提供了重要基础和技术手段。
