用HPLC法测定胃得康散中的延胡索乙素。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,以甲醇-水(69∶31),以磷酸氢二钠溶液调pH8.5为流动相,于280nm处紫外检测;并进行了线性范围,回收试验和稳定性试验。测定了3个批号的样品。该法可用于含延胡索药材的中成药中延胡索乙素的含量测定。
Determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Weidakangsan by HPLC. The octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel was used as the stationary phase, methanol-water (69:31) was used, and the mobile phase was pH8.5 with disodium hydrogen phosphate solution. UV detection was performed at 280 nm. Linear range was recovered. Test and stability test. Three lot numbers of samples were measured. This method can be used to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in proprietary Chinese medicine containing fumarate.
