本试验利用~(60)Co γ射线照射浸种后的两个水稻品种(中秆早和 BG-90-2),对成苗率、根长、苗高三方面进行了测定,比较了这两个品种对不同处理的反应,发现中秆早比 BG-90-2敏感。γ射线20kR 对器官的损伤比10kR 的重。同一品种的不同器官对辐照的敏感性也不同:胚根>胚芽。在等剂量下漫种后的中秆早比 BG-90-2的成苗率低。本文旨在阐述不同水稻品种的萌动种子对辐照的反应差异及成苗率、根长、苗高与辐照剂量的关系。
In this experiment, two rice cultivars (Zhongcuo Zao and BG-90-2) were soaked with ~ (60) Co γ-rays to determine the seedling rate, root length and seedling height. Varieties responded to different treatments and found that middle stalk was earlier sensitive than BG-90-2. Gamma rays 20kR damage to organs than 10kR weight. Different organs of the same species have different sensitivities to irradiation: radicle> germ. The medium-sized stalks after isoculation at an equal dose were earlier than those of BG-90-2. The purpose of this paper is to describe the differences in response to germination and seedling rate, root length, seedling height and irradiation dose of germinating seeds from different rice varieties.
