随着尖端工业的发展,要求钢厂供应高质量的压水堆主管道OCr18Ni10Ti大直径厚壁不锈钢管。这种钢管过去采用电炉钢经锻棒、镗孔后热轧而成。但电弧炉冶炼的钢锭中氮化钛夹杂高,不能保证技术条件要求。我厂利用三吨双支臂交换式固定底水箱电渣炉,改进操作工艺,重熔直径380×2500毫米长钢锭试验成功。采用此种长钢锭镗孔后在周期式轧管机上轧制出φ250×40毫米大直径厚壁不锈钢管。经检验表明,钢锭化学成份均匀,偏析、非金属夹杂级别低,α相粗块状组织改善,热加
With the development of cutting-edge industries, steel mills are required to supply OCr18Ni10Ti large-diameter, thick-walled stainless steel pipes of high quality PWR main pipe. In the past, this kind of steel pipe was forged by electric furnace steel and was hot-rolled after boring. But the arc furnace smelting ingot titanium nitride inclusions high, can not guarantee the technical requirements.
