为了制定一部具有中国特色的直销法规,中国政府以积极的立法态度,做了长期、全面而客观的立法准备,基本保证了立法的真实,符合我国国情。 虽然直销立法内容“千呼万唤始出来,犹抱琵琶半遮面”,离正式颁布还有待时日,但在“内外一致、公平竞争、共同发展,形成中国特色直销体系”的直销立法原则指导下,我们听到了厦门会议对直销法七大领域的内容探讨,看到了《直销管理办法》、《反金字塔欺诈条例》、《推销员培训管理办法》三大直销法规的雏形。为此,本刊特初略地整理出所了解到的直销法规主要内容以飨读者,但最终法规以国家正式颁布的法规条令为准。
