毛细管气相色谱法同时测定狮子油中两种成分的含量

目的:建立狮子油中两种有效成分α-蒎烯、樟脑的含量测定方法。方法:采用CP WAX52 CB毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);程序升温,初始温度为65℃,以12℃/min的速率升至200℃;进样口和检测器温度250℃;分流比:20∶1;载气为氮气。结果:α-蒎烯、樟脑的线性关系良好,α-蒎烯线性范围:0.1018~1.018μg;樟脑线性范围:0.1006~1.006μg;α-蒎烯平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD为2.6%,樟脑平均加样回收率为96.7%,RSD为1.0%。结论:本方法操作简便,重复性好,回收率高,可用于狮子油的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of two active ingredients α-pinene and camphor in lions oil. METHODS: CP WAX52 CB capillary column (30m × 0.32mm × 0.25μm) was used. The temperature was raised to 65 ℃ and the temperature was raised to 200 ℃ at the rate of 12 ℃ / min. The inlet and detector temperature was 250 ℃. Split ratio: 20: 1; carrier gas is nitrogen. Results: The linear relationship between α-pinene and camphor was good. The linear range of α-pinene was 0.1018-1.018μg. The linear range of camphor was 0.1006-1.006μg. The average recovery of α-pinene was 99.9% and the RSD was 2.6 %, Camphor average recovery was 96.7%, RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate with good repeatability and high recovery rate, which can be used for the quality control of lion oil.
