主要介绍了以均三甲苯为原料用不同的酰化剂进行酰化反应合成2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醛的方法,酰化剂分别为一氧化碳、丙酮氰醇、氰化锌、甲醛、格氏试剂和三氯乙醛,通过对各种酰化剂酰化反应条件与结果的比较,讨论了各种方法的优缺点,均三甲苯与三氯乙醛及一氧化碳酰化反应制备2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醛的方法具有收率高和原料易得的特点,具有较好的工业化前景;同时对2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰氯还原加氢法进行了简述。
