自2008年美国次贷危机爆发以来,中国房价经历了过山车的变化,而中国房产调控政策发生了一系列的转变,本文重在探讨次贷危机后中国房地产调控政策的优缺点,并提出解决的根本方法,以实现房地产行业的健康发展。
Since the outbreak of the sub-prime mortgage crisis in 2008, the housing prices in China experienced a roller coaster change. A series of changes have taken place in China’s real estate control policies.
