目的:探讨1例由食入大酱而引发的食物中毒报告中检出A型肉毒毒素。方法:采用A型肉毒毒素快速检测试剂(免疫胶体金法)进行初筛,再按照GB/T4789.12-2003国标方法,采用小白鼠腹腔注射方法进行验证试验。结果:经过初筛及验证试验,在大酱中检出了A型肉毒毒素。结论:通过免疫胶体金法及国标方法证实了大酱引发的食物中毒中A型肉毒毒素的存在,表明了由于食入被肉毒梭菌污染的不洁食品等仍是引发食物中毒的主要原因。
Objective: To investigate a case of botulinum toxin type A reported in food poisoning caused by ingestion of miso. Methods: A botulinum toxin type A rapid test reagent (immunogold gold method) was used for primary screening, and then the GB / T4789.12-2003 national standard method was used to verify the experiment by intraperitoneal injection of mice. Results: After initial screening and validation tests, botulinum toxin type A was detected in miso. Conclusion: The presence of botulinum toxin type A in food poisoning induced by miso was confirmed by immune colloidal gold method and GB method, which indicated that it was still the main cause of food poisoning due to ingestion of dirty food contaminated by Clostridium botulinum the reason.
