行政法与行政效率的关系看似矛盾但实则是一种促进的正相关关系。本文从行政法与行政效率关系的理论渊源、价值目标分析出发,进而揭示出行政法对行政效率的促进作用,试图引领人们走出认识的误区。
The relationship between administrative law and administrative efficiency seems contradictory but it is actually a kind of promotion of positive correlation. This article starts from the theoretical origin of the relationship between administrative law and administrative efficiency and the analysis of the value target, and then reveals the promotion effect of administrative law on the administrative efficiency and attempts to lead people out of the misunderstanding of cognition.
