血液透析是终末期肾病患者的主要替代疗法。透析膜是透析器的主要构成部分,透析膜的理化特性决定着透析效果,透析膜的生物相容性直接关系到血液透析患者的生活质量与生存率。随着医学与相关学科技术的发展,透析膜的透析效果、生物相容性逐步提高,血液透析膜的发展已有了长足的进步,但目前的肾替代治疗仍是不完全的,也是非生理性的。如何进一步提供更完全的肾替代治疗,进一步改善肾衰竭患者的远期预后,还有待进一步的深入研究。
