[目的]该研究为研究野生豆腐柴茎叶的解剖结构。[方法]运用植物解剖技术对豆腐柴的茎、叶作解剖观察。[结果]结果显示茎为辐射对称的轴器官,初生结构均有表皮、皮层、维管柱三大部分组成;叶柄由表皮、皮层和维管束构成;表皮一层细胞,外具角质膜和表皮毛;阳生叶为两面叶,叶片具栅栏组织与海绵组织,阴生叶几为等面叶。[结论]该研究结果为进一步开发利用野生豆腐柴资源提供了参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the anatomical structure of stem and leaf of wild tofu. [Method] Anatomical observation was made on the stems and leaves of C. capitatum by using plant anatomy techniques. [Result] The results showed that stems were axis of radiation symmetry. The primary structure consisted of epidermis, cortex and vascular column. Petiole consisted of epidermis, cortex and vascular bundle. Fur; sun leaves for the two leaves, palisade tissue with a spongy tissue, shade leaves several equal surface leaves. [Conclusion] The results of this study provide a reference for further exploitation and utilization of wild soybean wood resources.
