本文以学生的英语学习差异为基础,阐述多元化和层次式教学模式的运用,旨在帮助学生剖析造成差异的原因及相关策略方法。围绕和谐情境推动、互动探究和形成激励来活化教学的过程与方法,能在挖掘学困生学习潜能和激发学习热情的基础上,培养他们的主动性和积极性,提高英语学习的综合运用能力。差异化教学策略的运用,能减少“两极分化”现象的产生,提高课程教学的整体性和有效性。
Based on the difference of students’ English learning, this article elaborates the application of diversified and hierarchical teaching mode to help students analyze the causes of the differences and related strategies and methods. Based on the harmonious situation, interactive exploration and the formation of incentives to activate teaching process and method, based on the learning potential and learning enthusiasm of students with learning difficulties, we can cultivate their initiative and enthusiasm and improve the comprehensive ability of English learning. The use of differentiated teaching strategies can reduce the “polarization” phenomenon and improve the integrity and effectiveness of curriculum teaching.
