本文对悬臂式三坐标机的总体布局和主要部件的结构进行了分析,并与国外同类机器进行了分析和对比,在分析对比的基础上,推导了数学公式,应用这些公式,设计了新的高精度的可调整结构,经批量生产证明,这些计算公式是正确的,这样计算公式和新的结构不仅适用于三坐标机,而且适用于其它类似的悬臂式机器.
This paper analyzes the overall layout of the cantilever coordinate machine and the structure of the main components, and analyzes and compares with the similar machines in foreign countries. Based on the analysis and comparison, the mathematical formulas are deduced. Using these formulas, a new High-precision adjustable structure, mass production proved that these formulas are correct, so that the formula and the new structure not only applies to the CMM, but also for other similar cantilever machines.
