本文介绍掺饵光纤形成的环形单模光纤激光器。当使用１．４８μｍ半导体激光器作泵浦源时，可调谐谱宽可达３０ｎｍ（从１．５３μｍ到１．５６μｍ），最大输出功率＞１ｍｗ，带宽＜２ｎｍ。
In this paper, we introduce a ring-shaped single-mode fiber laser made of erbium-doped fibers. The tunable spectral width can reach 30nm (from 1.53μm to 1.56μm), the maximum output power> 1mw and the bandwidth <2nm when using 1.48μm semiconductor laser as pump source.
