过去10年间,在切削液的生产中,水溶性切削液约占30%。近来,随着无人化加工的推广和环保条件的提高,水溶性切削液的使用量还将进一步增长。 微生物对水溶性切削液的影响极大。它将使切削液的化学性质发生变化,进而影响其润滑性能,并造成工件、刀具、机床受到腐蚀,既影响加工精度,又有损工人健康。 控制微生物的增多,通常均采用杀菌剂进行处理,近来正在研究用紫外线照射杀菌等方法,但主要是采用杀菌剂。杀菌剂可在切削液使用前添加,也可在使用后添加。
