氩弧重熔工艺研究——合金焊丝直接熔入法

以ZL108为研究对象,通过实验研究,提出了将高熔点的铁、镍等合金焊丝直接熔入低熔点 的铝合金表面的氩弧重熔工艺.通过硬度试验、微观组织观察和成分分析,证明了该工艺是成功 的.研究发现重熔区中铁含量越高,焊态和热处理后的硬度越高.在高于时效温度的条件下工作 时,重熔区中铁含量越高,硬度的下降率越低.文中提出将一般认为是铸造铝硅合金中的杂质的铁 作为铝硅合金的热强元素的可行性. Taking ZL108 as the research object, the argon arc remelting process of directly melting the high melting point iron alloy, nickel alloy wire into the low melting point aluminum alloy was proposed. Through the hardness test, microstructure observation and composition analysis, the process is proved to be successful. The study found that the higher the iron content in the remelting zone, the higher the hardness after welding and heat treatment. When operating above the aging temperature, the higher the iron content in the remelting zone, the lower the rate of decrease in hardness. It is proposed that iron, which is generally considered to be an impurity in cast aluminum-silicon alloys, is a viable hot-spot element for aluminum-silicon alloys.
