社会主义市场经济条件下企业想要发展壮大,想要在经济大潮中站稳脚跟,稳扎稳打,立于不败之地,需要各个环节的密切配合。面对企业改革和发展的新形势,企业基层思想政治工作必须增强实效性,发挥为企业生产经营服务的作用。企业基层思想政治工作要从实际出发,努力寻求适应企业自身的组织体制和运行体制,自觉适应企业改革发展的进程。企业的一切生产实践活动在基层,俗话说:“千条江河归大海,件件工作到基层。”基层的思想政治工作是整个企业思想政治工作的基础和重点,特别是在改革开放时期,思想政治工作就显得尤为重要。
