慢性化脓性腮腺炎又名慢性复发性腮腺炎,治疗方法颇多,如手术摘除腺体、主导管结扎、管腔内各种药物的灌注、放疗等,但各有利弊。本文就我科1979～1981年运用中医辨证施治的方法治疗本病患者20例作一初步探讨。 Chronic suppurative parotitis, also known as chronic recurrent parotitis, has many treatments, such as surgical removal of the glands, ligation of the main catheter, perfusion of various drugs in the lumen, and radiotherapy, but each has advantages and disadvantages. This article discusses the treatment of 20 cases of this disease in our department from 1979 to 1981 using TCM syndrome differentiation methods to make a preliminary study.
