目的建立甘草中50种有机氯及拟除虫菊酯农药残留的气相测定方法。方法以乙腈为提取剂,提取液用弗罗里硅土柱净化,乙酸乙酯-正己烷(15∶85)洗脱,采用HP-5与DB1701毛细管色谱柱双柱定性,以HP-5毛细管柱定量,GC-ECD检测器进行检测。结果样品3水平添加时的50种有机氯及拟除虫菊酯农药平均回收率在70.3%~115.6%,相对标准偏差在1.1%~13.1%,符合农药残留分析的要求。结论本方法重复性及净化效果好,可用于甘草中50种有机氯及拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量检测。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of 50 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Methods Acetonitrile was used as extractant. The extract was purified by Florisil column and eluted with ethyl acetate-n-hexane (15:85). The column was characterized by HP-5 and DB1701 capillary column chromatography. Quantitative column, GC-ECD detector for testing. Results The average recoveries of 50 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides at the level of sample 3 were 70.3% ~ 115.6% and the relative standard deviations were 1.1% ~ 13.1%, which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis. Conclusion The method has good reproducibility and purification effect and can be used for the determination of 50 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in licorice.
