用施胶方式制备彩喷纸是降低成本的方法。以阳离子淀粉和聚乙烯醇为施胶基料,分别对添加固色剂及阳离子苯丙乳液施胶剂的不同施胶样品进行实验,检测打印色密度和抗水性,分析墨点面积和墨点圆度。结果表明,阳离子淀粉中配用固色剂及阳离子苯丙乳液可以改善色密度,提高抗水性;苯丙乳液具有固色的作用,可代替部分固色剂。同样,聚乙烯醇施胶样品中,少量苯丙乳液可以代替50%固色剂。固色剂用量20%时,在苯丙乳液施胶剂存在下阳离子淀粉和聚乙烯醇施胶样品色密度可以达到相纸的色密度,即涂布纸的色密度,抗水性好。墨点面积和点圆度则有区别,聚乙烯醇配用固色剂或苯丙乳液均与相纸相当,而阳离子淀粉施胶样还不能达到要求。
Preparing color inkjet paper by sizing is a way to reduce costs. Ink dot area and point roundness is different, polyvinyl alcohol with fixing agent or styrene-acrylic emulsion and paper are quite, and cationic starch sizing sample can not meet the requirements.
