目的 :进一步提高丝裂霉素C(MMC)透入兔膀胱壁的药物浓度。方法 :将日本大耳白免的新鲜膀胱壁分成a、b、c三部分 ,采用高压液相色谱法检测三组膀胱壁MMC浓度。标本a在 38.5℃温度下测定膀胱壁的MMC浓度 ,标本b在 38.5℃加直流电导入下测定膀胱壁的MMC浓度 ,标本c在 42 .5℃加直流电导入下测定膀胱壁的MMC浓度。结果 :标本b药物浓度明显高于标本a(P <0 .0 5 ) ,标本c药物浓度明显高于标本b及标本a(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :直流电导入加 42 .5℃高热可明显提高MMC透入兔膀胱粘膜的药物浓度。
Objective: To further improve the drug concentration of mitomycin C (MMC) infiltrating the bladder wall of rabbits. Methods: The fresh bladder wall was divided into three parts a, b and c. The concentrations of MMC in bladder wall were measured by high pressure liquid chromatography. Specimens a were tested for the concentration of MMC in the bladder wall at a temperature of 38.5 ° C. Specimen b was determined for the concentration of MMC in the bladder wall at 38.5 ° C with direct current and in the specimen c at 42.5 ° C with direct current. Results: The drug concentration in specimen b was significantly higher than that in specimen a (P <0.05). The concentration of specimen c in specimen b was significantly higher than that in specimen b and specimen a (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The introduction of DC plus 42.5 ℃ hyperthermia can significantly improve the drug permeation into the bladder mucosa of MMC.
