采用成人一般希望量表(ADHS)、自传记忆测验(AMT)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对312名大学生进行施测,探讨希望、自传记忆具体性对抑郁的影响作用。研究结果发现:抑郁与积极自传记忆具体性、希望均存在显著负相关;希望在积极自传记忆具体性与抑郁的关系中有调节作用;与高希望水平的被试相比,低希望被试更容易受积极自传记忆具体性下降的影响,从而增加了抑郁风险。研究提示大学生心理健康教育应重视希望和积极具体自传记忆的作用。
312 college students were tested with ADHS, AMT and SDS to explore the impact of hope and autobiographical memory on depression. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between depression and the specific and hopefulness of positive autobiographical memory, and it was hoped that there would be a moderating effect on the relationship between the specific autistic memory and depression. Compared with the high-hope group, Susceptible to the decline in the specific impact of positive autobiographical memory, thereby increasing the risk of depression. Research suggests that mental health education should pay attention to the role of hope and positive specific autobiographical memory.
