通过温室盆栽实验,探讨了硫酸铵与有机碳源(葡萄糖和羧甲基纤维素钠)配合使用提高黄筋泥及红砂土中氮肥利用效率的微生物机制。结果表明,配施有机碳不仅明显增加了红壤微生物量中的碳、氮,而且还提高了黑麦草的干物质量及植物吸氮量。相对而言,在黄筋泥上的配施效果优于红砂土。因此,配施有机碳源能提高氮素的植物有效性,其重要机制是通过增加土壤微生物的数量和活性从而使施用的氮素更好地被转化和利用。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the microbial mechanism of ammonium sulfate and organic carbon sources (glucose and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) to improve the efficiency of nitrogenous fertilizer application in the yellow soil and red sandy soil. The results showed that the application of organic carbon not only significantly increased the carbon and nitrogen of microbial biomass in red soil, but also increased the dry matter and plant nitrogen uptake of ryegrass. Relatively speaking, the effect on yellow tendon mud is better than red sand soil. Therefore, the application of organic carbon source can improve plant effectiveness of nitrogen, the important mechanism is by increasing the quantity and activity of soil microorganisms so that the applied nitrogen is better transformed and utilized.
