胰腺肿瘤常常分泌粘蛋白释入循环,借助于测定CAM17.1及CA19.9等,能可靠检出之。 CAM17.1测定是一种新型的酶联免疫测定法,用麦胚凝集素(wheatgerm agglutinin)作为俘获剂。此凝集素与N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖或唾液酸(均为粘蛋白上丰富的低聚组分)结合,鼠单克隆抗粘蛋白抗体CAM17.1作为测定剂。共检测了250例病人的血清标本。
Pancreatic tumors often secrete mucin release cycles and can be reliably detected by measuring CAM17.1 and CA19.9. The CAM17.1 assay is a novel enzyme-linked immunoassay using wheat germ agglutinin as a capture agent. This lectin binds to N-acetylglucosamine or sialic acid, which is an abundant oligomeric component of mucin, and murine monoclonal anti-mucin antibody CAM17.1 is used as a determining agent. A total of 250 patients were tested for serum samples.
