目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定木豆叶中球松素、木豆素C的方法。方法:采用DiKMA Diamonsil ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈、0.02%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL·min~(-1);检测波长:296 nm;柱温:40℃。结果:球松素、木豆素C在0.002~0.02 mg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 4(球松素);r=0.999 5(木豆素C)。球松素平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.29%;木豆素C平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.72%。结论:该方法简单、准确可行,结果稳定可靠,可为木豆叶的质量控制提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of pinosin and mucisin C in beet by RP-HPLC. METHODS: DiKMA Diamonsil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.02% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 296 nm. Column temperature: 40 ℃. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between globulin and cinnamate C in the range of 0.002-0.02 mg · mL -1, r = 0.999 4 (globulin); r = 0.999 5 (lignocellulose C). The average recoveries of pinosin were 99.0% with RSD of 1.29%. The average recoveries of pimentin C was 98.7% with a RSD of 1.72%.
