四川省机械工程学会焊接专委会和四川省职工技术协会焊接专委会决定于今年底完成两会合署办公,并将产生新一届两会理事会及变更秘书处挂靠单位。为使这次换届工作如期顺利进行,两会秘书处曾于今年6月召开了换届筹备组工作会议。会议根据四川省两会当前的工作情况及为进一步搞好今后的工作,提出了两会同一套领导班子的运作方法,且为了顺利完成换届,提出了两会新的常务理事候选单位及候选人。同时还建议新一届两会下分设学术交流、技术咨询、技术服务和技术培训等四个工作组,准备在今年9月份召开两会会员大会,从而完成两会换届改选工作。
Sichuan Mechanical Engineering Society welding special committee and the Sichuan Provincial Association of workers and technicians welding special committee decided to be completed by the end of this year, the two offices and will produce a new session of the two councils and change the secretariat anchored units. In order to smoothly carry out the general election as scheduled, the NPC and CPPCC Secretariat held a working meeting for the general preparatory group in June this year. In accordance with the current work of the two sessions in Sichuan Province and in order to do a better job in the future, the meeting proposed the operation method of the same leadership body for the two sessions and proposed new candidate standing members and candidates for standing directors in the two sessions in order to successfully complete the general election. At the same time, it is also proposed that four working groups, including academic exchanges, technical consultation, technical services and technical training, be set up under the two sessions to prepare for the holding of the two-member general assembly in September this year so as to complete the general election of the two sessions.
